Own your ATM
Buy an ATM, keep the surcharge, and never pay for processing.
Some businesses would rather own the machine than host one of mine. Now you can: I sell new EMV-compliant ATMs with free processing, I install the machine and connect it, and I train you and your staff so you can run it with confidence. You load your own cash and the surcharge income is yours. Local, owner-run, Western PA.
Host for free, or buy outright? The honest difference
I offer both, so there is no reason for me to push you toward one. Here is how they compare.
| Host one of my machines | Buy your own machine | |
|---|---|---|
| Upfront cost | None | You buy the machine |
| Who loads the cash | I do | You do, on your schedule |
| Surcharge income | Shared, or a flat fee per withdrawal, paid monthly | Yours; you set the surcharge |
| Processing fees | None to you | None: processing is free |
| Installation and training | I install; no training needed | Included: I install, connect and train your staff |
| Maintenance and repairs | Handled by me | Local support by phone, on-site service available |
| Best for | Owners who want zero cost and zero work | Higher-volume locations and owners who want the machine as an asset |
Not sure which fits? Tell me your location and rough daily traffic and I will run both numbers for you. If hosting pays you more, I will say so. Try the earnings calculator for a starting point.
What you get when you buy from me
A new, EMV-compliant machine
Current models that meet card-network security requirements, sized for a small footprint: about the size of a standing water cooler, and it plugs into a standard outlet.
Free processing
Your machine is connected to the card networks with no monthly processing fees and no per-transaction processing charges from me. You set the surcharge, and that income is yours.
Delivery and installation
I bring the machine to you, place it where it will get used, anchor it, connect it and test real transactions before I leave.
Hands-on training
Loading cash, balancing the cassette, clearing a jam, changing receipt paper, reading your reports and the basics of keeping the machine running. Your staff learn it on your machine, not from a manual.
Setup and programming
Surcharge amount, screens, receipt header, settlement account and the paperwork the processor needs: handled before install day so the machine is earning the day it lands.
Local support after the sale
You call a local owner, not a call center. Phone support for questions, and on-site service when you need it, from someone who already services machines across Butler, Mercer and Lawrence counties.
How buying works
- Tell me about your location: the type of business, hours, rough daily traffic and whether you already have a machine. I will tell you honestly whether buying or hosting pays you more.
- Pick the machine and get a written quote: I will recommend a model that fits your space and volume, and the quote spells out exactly what is included. No obligation.
- Install day: delivery, placement, anchoring, connection, programming and live test transactions, usually in a single visit.
- Training and your first fill: I walk you and your staff through loading cash, balancing and the reports, and I stay reachable while you settle into a routine.
Already own a machine that is old or unsupported? I can also buy it out, replace it or take over its processing.
When buying makes sense
- You already do a lot of cash business. Bars, beer distributors, laundromats, mini-marts, social clubs and event venues often see enough withdrawals that keeping the whole surcharge beats a split.
- You are comfortable loading your own cash. Owning means the vault cash is yours and you fill the machine on your schedule; I show you how to do it safely.
- You want the machine as an asset. It is your equipment, on your books, and it goes with you if you move or sell the business.
- You run more than one location. Buying several machines with free processing can make more sense than hosting at each site.
If none of that sounds like you, hosting a free machine is probably the better deal, and I will tell you that.
Questions people ask before buying
What does free processing mean when I buy an ATM?
Every ATM needs a processor to connect it to the card networks. When you buy a machine from me, that processing is set up for you and you are not charged monthly processing fees or per-transaction processing charges by me. You set the surcharge and the surcharge income is yours.
Should I buy an ATM or host one for free?
Hosting costs nothing: I load the cash, service the machine and pay you a share of the surcharge or a flat fee. Buying means you own the machine, load your own cash and keep the surcharge. Buying usually wins at higher-volume locations and for owners who want the machine as an asset; hosting wins when you would rather have zero cost and zero work.
What is included with installation and training?
Delivery, placement, anchoring, network connection and programming, plus hands-on training for you and your staff: loading cash, balancing, clearing a jam, changing receipt paper, reading your reports and basic troubleshooting. Local phone support continues after install.
How much does an ATM cost?
It depends on the model and options that fit your location. Send a message or call or text (724) 264-8181 for a written quote; there is no obligation.
