After the skill game ban

The skill games are gone. Your customers still carry cash.

Pennsylvania's skill games had to come out by October 13, 2026. If your bar, post or store lost that income, or lost the ATM that came with the route, a free ATM is one legal way to earn some of it back without spending a dollar.

What changed, October 2026

On June 15, 2026 the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that unlicensed skill games are slot machines under state gaming law. The court refused to extend its deadline, the machines had to be removed by October 13, 2026, and the Pennsylvania State Police began enforcement on October 14. An operable machine counts even if it is unplugged. Archer ATM does not place, service or fund gaming machines of any kind.

An honest look at what an ATM can do for you now

I won't tell you an ATM replaces a skill game. It doesn't. What it does is give you a small, steady, legal income on every withdrawal, at no cost and no work to you, and it keeps cash in the room for everything that still runs on it.

  • Paid on every withdrawal: a share of the surcharge, or a flat amount per withdrawal if you'd rather have a predictable number, paid monthly.
  • Cash stays in the building: bar tabs, the kitchen, PA Lottery, raffles, small games of chance, bingo nights and fundraisers.
  • Zero cost, zero hassle: I supply, install, load and service the machine. Nothing to buy, nothing to maintain.
  • Replace an ATM that left with the route: some operators pulled their ATM along with the terminals. I can put a machine back in.
  • Local Western PA support: one owner, nearby, not an 800 number.

Who I'm hearing from

VFW, Legion, Moose, Elks & fire-company clubs that used terminal income for upkeep and donations. See ATMs for social clubs.
Bars & taverns that lost a cash draw and want to keep the regulars' tabs in house. See ATMs for bars.
Mini-marts & corner stores selling PA Lottery, where cash is still most of the counter.
Owners who'd rather own the machine: buy an ATM with free processing and keep the whole surcharge.

Already have an ATM through another operator, or one the route company left behind? I can take over its processing, loading and service, or replace it.

Questions owners are asking

Will an ATM replace my skill game income?

No, and nobody should promise you that. A skill game terminal earned far more than an ATM will. An ATM is a smaller, steady and fully legal income stream that costs you nothing, and it keeps cash in the building for the bar, the kitchen, lottery, raffles and events.

Our ATM left with the skill game operator. Can you replace it?

Yes. Some route operators placed an ATM alongside their terminals and removed both. I can place a free machine andI handle installation, cash loading and service.

Can a club get a fixed payment instead of a surcharge split?

Yes. Many posts and clubs prefer a flat amount per withdrawal, paid monthly, because it is simple to report to members. I offer either. Flat fee vs revenue share, explained.
